Withdrawal from the contract
Your 14-day right of withdrawal, in plain words.
You have it, even though access has started
When you buy online you have 14 days to change your mind. At checkout you asked for access to start immediately — that does not cost you the right: we do not ask you to give it up. Within 14 days from your first payment (when the contract is concluded) you can withdraw and get the amount paid back in full (100%), however much you have used the platform. Renewals do not open a new 14-day period: you can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period. For the annual plan, the pro-rata refund after the 14 days is described in the Refund Policy (section 3).
Fill in the form below, review the statement and press “Confirm withdrawal”. We immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt, with your statement and the date and time we received it. You can also send a clear statement by email to contact@deutsch-landia.com. You owe us no reason and we will not ask for one. The money goes back through the same means of payment, no later than 14 days after we receive your request, and the subscription no longer renews.
