The 14-day right of withdrawal, plainly and without the maze.
Who has it and who does not
When you buy online you have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content with immediate access the law allows that right to be waived — and checkout asks you for exactly that: confirm you want access right away and that you understand what it costs you. If you ticked it, the right has lapsed (Romanian OUG 34/2014, art. 16 lit. m).
It does not cover everyone. If you bought before that confirmation existed, if you never gave it, or if you simply believe you retain the right — send the request below. We read it and reply; you owe us no reason and we will not ask for one.
